/01 Who we are
This website belongs to Aeon Technologies Global, LLC. We trade as Aeon. We are the controller of the data described here.

/02 What we collect
We collect data in two ways.
Form submissions
When you send the contact form, we receive the fields you complete:
- Your name.
- Your work email address.
- Your company name, if you give it.
- Your message.
- The options you select for engagement model, budget, and timeline.
- Your consent, and the time you gave it.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. A log entry can contain your IP address, the page you requested, the time, and your browser type. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and available.
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use third-party trackers or analytics scripts.
/03 Why we collect it
We use form data for two purposes only:
- To reply to your request.
- To scope a project with you, if you ask for that.
The legal basis is your consent. You give it when you select the box on the form. If you ask us to scope a project, the legal basis is the steps that we take at your request before a contract.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing lists.
/04 Where it is processed
Three providers process data on our behalf:
- [Hosting provider] serves this website and keeps the server logs. Its servers are in[hosting region].
- [Form provider] receives form submissions and sends them to our mailbox. It stores the data in[form provider region].
- [Email provider] hosts our mailbox. We read your message and reply to it there.
Each provider acts under a data processing agreement. We do not share your data with other parties unless the law requires it.
/05 How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for 24 months after the last contact. Then we delete them.
We delete your data sooner if you ask. See the section on your rights.
If we sign a contract with you, the contract sets its own retention period for project records.
The hosting provider keeps server logs for a short period, usually 30 days or less.
/06 Your rights
You have these rights over your data:
- Access. Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction. Ask us to fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your data.
- Withdrawal. Withdraw your consent at any time.
Send any request to hello@aeontechnologies.io. We complete your request within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
/07 Cookies
We do not set cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
This site does not use browser storage.
You do not need to accept any cookie to use this site.
/08 Changes to this policy
We can update this policy when the site or the law changes.
The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. We do not notify you of each change. Read this page again when you send us data.
