/07 Service

Dedicated teams

Senior engineers join your team, use your tools, and follow your process. They add capacity, review code, coach your people, and report in writing every week.

/01 Problems and fixes

Where this work often fails, and how we prevent it.

  1. /01
    The problem
Contractors arrive with the wrong skills, and your team needs weeks to train them.
    What we do
We match each engineer to your stack and your industry. You meet every person before they start, and you can say no.
  2. /02
    The problem
Outside engineers work apart from your team, and their code does not fit your standards.
    What we do
Our engineers work in your repositories, your standups, and your code reviews. They follow your conventions and document what they change.
  3. /03
    The problem
You pay for hours, but you cannot see what the team delivered.
    What we do
Each engineer writes a short status every week. It lists what the engineer released, what is blocked, and what is next.
  4. /04
    The problem
Your needs change, and the contract makes it slow to add or remove people.
    What we do
You can change the team size each month with notice. We plan each change so that knowledge stays with your team.

/04 FAQ

Questions clients ask first.

Do you have a different question? Ask us directly

How fast can engineers start?

Engineers usually start within two to three weeks. We introduce candidates first, and you approve each person. We do not place anyone you have not met.

Do your engineers work our hours?

We agree on at least four hours of overlap each working day. Standups, reviews, and urgent work happen inside that window.

Can we hire an engineer from the team?

Yes, under terms that we agree at the start. We prefer to discuss it openly. A planned transition is better for you, for the engineer, and for us.
