/05 Service

Cloud, DevOps & reliability

We make your infrastructure repeatable and stable under load. Every environment is code, every release uses a tested pipeline, and each alert has a runbook.

/01 Problems and fixes

Where this work often fails, and how we prevent it.

  1. /01
    The problem
Someone configured the servers by hand, and nobody can rebuild them after a failure.
    What we do
We define all infrastructure as code in version control. You can rebuild any environment from the repository, the same way every time.
  2. /02
    The problem
Releases are manual and risky, so the team releases less often and fears each release.
    What we do
We build CI/CD pipelines with tests, security scans, and fast rollback. Releases become small, frequent, and predictable.
  3. /03
    The problem
Customers report an outage before the team knows that something is wrong.
    What we do
We add logs, metrics, and traces, with alerts based on service level objectives. The team sees a problem before customers do.
  4. /04
    The problem
The cloud bill grows every month, and nobody can say which service causes the growth.
    What we do
We tag every resource by team and service and report the cost each month. Then we remove idle resources and resize the largest ones.

/02 Deliverables

What this service gives you.

You receive

  • Infrastructure as code for every environment
  • CI/CD pipelines with tests, scans, and rollback
  • Dashboards, alerts, and service level objectives
  • An incident process with on-call rules and runbooks
  • A security baseline for access, secrets, and patches
  • A monthly cost report by team and service

Typical work

  1. 01A move from hand-built servers to infrastructure as code
  2. 02A migration from a private data center to a public cloud
  3. 03A release pipeline for a team that deploys by hand
  4. 04Service level objectives and an on-call process for a growing product

  • /03

Do you have a system that must not stop?

    Ongoing ownership

    • An assessment of the system before we accept it
    • A fixed monthly budget and agreed response times

/04 FAQ

Questions clients ask first.

Do you have a different question? Ask us directly

Which clouds do you work with?

We work with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and private data centers. We pick widely used tools, so you can hire people for them. We limit lock-in where it would cost you later.

Can you be on call for us?

Yes, on an agreed schedule with agreed response times. We can also train your engineers and share the rotation with them. Each incident gets a blameless written review.

How fast can you find cost savings?

We report the first savings as soon as we find them. We report each saving with its risk before we change anything. You approve every change.
